Travelling by air
The nearest airport to all of our accommodation is Geneva.  Cheap flights can often be found especially if booked well in advance.

Travelling from the airport

We are able to organise a transport service from the Airport to the accommodation.

Alternatively you can hire a car through a number of different car hire companies.   We recommend that you hire a car from the Swiss side of Geneva airport. This is the easiest and quickest way out of the airport.
Once you have hired your car, follow the signs for France and you will then go through the border and once through, follow the A40 heading towards Chamonix. 
Please remember that you will need €3-5 for the motorway tolls.


By Train

It is possible to travel by train.  There are TGV stations at Cluses (the closest station to Les Carroz) and Le Fayet/St Gervais. There is an SNCF station at Les Houches.

By Car

The area is around 900km from Calais by car.  There are autoroutes covering the entire length of the journey.
