Chalet Le Rosay 1 is a demi chalet located less than 10 minutes walk from the Saint Gervais ski lift and close to some of the shops, bars and restaurants of St Gervais. With beautiful architectural features, wonderful light, stunning views, large balconies and terrace, and tasteful interior design, this really is the perfect chalet for your holiday stay whatever time of year that you are here.

Upon entering the chalet you can drop off your ski or walking gear in the heated boot room and let the under floor heating warm your socks and feet. Walking past the sauna (available 10am-10pm) and down the corridor you will find one of the twin bedrooms which benefits from its own en-suite shower room with toilet - perfect for those who wish a little privacy from the rest of the party.

Upstairs you will discover a stunning living area. The lounge area has large comfy sofas, a gorgeous wood burning stove, and wonderful views from the patio doors.
The dining area is flanked on two sides by large patio doors (both opening out onto the huge terrace) and above by a cutaway ceiling, bathing the whole area in light from the skylight set into the eaves. The views of the Mont Blanc massif from here are truly amazing. What better place to enjoy your morning croissants!
A well equipped kitchen offers plenty of workspace and all the modern conveniences.
On this floor you will also find the first double bedroom, with its own en-suite shower room, and a family bathroom.

The second floors bedrooms are accessed from a wonderful mezzanine. From here you look down over the dining table, and can really appreciate the architect and builders attention to detail that has gone into creating this house. As well as a beautiful family bathroom, there are three further bedrooms. The two doubles both benefit from large patio doors which open out onto balconies and the incredible scenery that surrounds the chalet. Finally, there is the twin room with it's huge sky light. This also has its own en-suite shower room.

The private garden is a great place to relax and take in the stunning scenery, especially in the summer and autumn, and the large terrace ensures that there is plenty of room for all during those evening barbeques.

The chalet has its own garage, with space for one car, with further parking available outside the on the private drive, and its own laundry room with washing machine and dryer, and a freezer.

Guests receive a welcome pack of food and drink, complimentary toiletries, all bed linen and towels.  Water, wood, heating, electricity, and cleaning are all included. Upon arrival guests are met, providing an opportunity to receive any local information or help that is required. We are also happy to book ski lessons, ski passes and ski hire prior to your arrival.
