Chalet Champelet is a stunning brand new stand alone chalet located in Les Contamines. The chalet is built to a very high specification, matched by the sophistication of the interior design and it's position looking down over the valley make this the most perfect of chalets whatever the time of year.

Accessed from the road via a small bridge and a short 50m climb up to the private garage you then climb up steps to reach the chalet's wonderful elevated position earning it's views across the valley over to the mountain skyline.

Upon entering the chalet you'll find yourself in a large and welcoming hallway and won't help but be impressed by the quality of the constructions, beautiful oak and sandblasted pine throughout, the attention to detail of the interior decor and subtle elegance of the design touches.

To the left of the hallway is the first of two luxurious double bedrooms, both with en suite bath rooms and toilets. To the right there's the first of the twin bedrooms, also with en-suite shower room and with it's own toilet. Both rooms benefit from the great uninterrupted views across the valley. Also to the right is a handy storage area/drying room which leads through to the laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer.

Upon climbing the gorgeous oak staircase you'll struggle not to smile as you enter the truly stunning living area. This large open plan space is architecturally wonderful, with it's wooden ceiling and beams and wrap around windows that open out onto a large balcony and look out over the valley up to the mountains. Underneath your feet your see the very high spec oak flooring and feel the underfloor heating. The owners have been careful to make this space feel comfortable and warm whilst still remaining modern and open plan.
This floor is also home to a WC and another storage area.

Heading up to the top floor you'll find the landing, off of which lie 3 further bedrooms, one double, one twin and a single with a full size pull out so this room can be used as a compact twin. There's also a great family shower room with toilet.
The double bedroom, with it's sloped ceiling is again superb, beautifully furnished and has the same outstanding views across the valley. As already mentioned, it also has it's own ensuite bathroom with toilet. This view is also shared by the large twin, again with sloping ceilings and the final single room with the full size single pull out which can be set up on request. Again, lovely.

Stepping outside there's a large private garden with wrap around decking following the windows and a large decked patio area with table and chairs for sitting out and eating in the late winter and summer sun.
The views are perfect and the whole area benefits from not being overlooked at all. Great for those long summer days lazing on a deck chair with a good book!

The chalet has its own garage, with space for one car within and space outside for another car to be parked in front. Further parking is available lower down the private drive, handy when the snow is down. Chains are a must!

Guests receive a welcome pack of food and drink, complimentary toiletries, all bed linen and towels.  Water, wood, heating, electricity, and cleaning are all included though daily cleaning, daily change of the linen as well as breakfast can be arranged for an additional charge. Upon arrival guests are met, providing an opportunity to receive any local information or help that is required and we remain available throughout your stay to answer questions and provide advice. We are also happy to book ski lessons, ski passes and ski hire prior to your arrival.
